If you are not satisfied with your Web hosting plan for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account creation date and receive a full refund of THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. 

All cancellation and REFUND REQUESTS must be made by the credit card holder for the account, AND SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT BY INTERNET & INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER SUCH AS SET-UP FEES, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FEES, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES (including additional monthly data transfer, additional disk space, additional e-mail boxes, domain aliasing fees, SSL fees, dial-up Internet access fees, merchant account fees, Internet credit card transaction fees, etc).  

DEDICATED SERVERS AND INTERNET ACCESS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNDER THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.
